1. When I first hand washed the bottles I found water seeping into the cap and had to keep it in the oven with the light on to allow the water to evaporate. There was no way it would drain itself. Several containers did not close properly due to misalignment of the rubber band that was meant to be held. I initiated a return but given the difficulties I had to go through to return during the coronavirus situation, I decided to make some adjustments that I made myself with only these 4 bottles. (Note: I ordered 4 sets of these.) 3. The white pen that came with the first order was very light, but the labels I made with the second order pen dried up and turned light, so I had to rewrite the labels using the old pen. Labeled and neatly sorted, my pantry looks classy and since the bottles are transparent, I feel very comfortable. The lid opens/closes easily. I love them except my second order was defective but I had to live with that. Everything else is alright! Update: 4 months of use with the utmost care and 4 containers already broken. The problem I see is that when I close the lid, due to the slight pressure you apply to block the lid. Over time, the container breaks. I regret purchasing the product even though my pantry looked great. Waste of money :( Update: most of the boxes are broken or have a very visible tear which I will soon have to throw away. I only use them until I find a replacement. Regret the purchase. DO NOT BUY! SAVE MONEY :(
