I'm approaching this with the understanding that forward midrange reproduction just isn't for me. This is because it feels like the mids are less pushed forward and more like the bottom and top are just recessed. While this sounds impressive from a technical standpoint, it feels like something is missing. I love music with vocals, strings, piano etc. If you love classical or jazz never underestimate what a decent low end can do for your music, don't focus on it. With deeper bass, things like guitar and violin sound more realistic and pick up the initial hit of the string. I still have to give them credit for what they do and what they claim. If you're someone who loves a mid-forward signature, you don't have many good options to choose from. In this price range, this is a great option. Technically, these are great IEMs with quality sound, solid construction, and amazing comfort. Just know that if you're like most people, they probably aren't for you. If they are for you, then you know who you are and what you like. You will be happy.
