It's easy for our organization as it integrates with all of my favorite tools such that I can easily view everything in one place (iCloud Calendar).

The search function needs some work but we've been able solve most issues by searching using other features or directly through their support portal if they don't have an answer yet! There are many different ways you could use this tool depending what your business goals/needs may be - there isn’t just 1 way its great at solving problems either so give yourself time before deciding how best fit into YOUR workflow will make sense :) We're trying out new processes within Salesforce which has helped us create more efficiency throughout teams & departments while also allowing me manage things better myself too without relying heavily upon others who aren't always available when needed!!
