.I really liked this case when it arrived. I read the reviews most said don't buy hinge brakes. I said mech! I'm very careful, they probably did "something" to break it. 2 months go by and I'm thinking how smart I am because this is a great case, very protective and looks amazing! Works with my keyboard, all keys and charging port are easily accessible. The power button and volume buttons work well with the case. And then it happened. The damn noose broke AS EVERYONE SAID. Eh, I like this case, but something is wrong with the construction/material of the hinge. If you buy one I totally understand that this is a great looking and working case in the world of the Surface 3. Just be aware as you would with most other reviews. The hinge will disappear, sad but true. Well, like most mentions, the loop still works when broken, but the fact remains: it breaks, and note that I said "works", it's not as reliable as it was before the break loop, but it works. I love the case so much I considered buying another one but for the price I decided against it. If they were $10-15 I'd probably buy one if it broke (I really like that) BUT at the current cost, the lesson is learned. Again, if you decide to purchase I wish you the best of luck and maybe they just fixed the problem? If they ever do, I'll be the first to buy one back! Much luck!
