I bought these to reinstall a ceiling fan. The light became intermittent. I thought the mother might be broken. Tightening a wire nut enough without breaking the wire is an art. No twisting with these connectors. And it can be easily disassembled if needed. It turned out that the connections I had made were fine, but the connection inside the light kit failed. I'm glad they've all been redone with these connectors.
