Gorgeous Minimal Bracelet, Unexplained Dimensions

Here's the deal: The confusion over the size of this group is insane. I sat buying for several days because I couldn't get a clear answer as to what size I needed; My shoulder is 12 inches. The photo in the size chart shows that this is a medium size. Excellent! But wait, the seller responded to someone's comment that 12 inches need a big one. OK. Then someone else with a 12-inch arm says they've gone for the medium, and he joins 20 other reviewers in advising ordering a size smaller than you think you need. What? My arm measures 12 inches above the bicep, 13 inches (and growing, baby!) at the center of the bicep, and 11 inches below the bicep. You don't want this strip just under your armpit and you don't want it rubbing against the inside of your elbow, so the area around the bicep is the ideal spot. according to the picture of the size chart the seller said is the correct way to judge. The group arrived 2 hours before I was scheduled for the public 5k race, so they were tested straight away. Firstly the material feels great, it doesn't itch or feel uncomfortable but REALLY absorbs sweat and BO like no other so be prepared for lots of washing minutes my hand felt tingly and like falling asleep. The strap wasn't uncomfortably tight, just tight enough to cut blood. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Alpha, which is thinner than all the new Galaxy and iPhone models, so its bulk doesn't put any pressure on my arm. After that I contacted the seller and explained my problem and after a few days I had a big one in my hands. . I think the large should start at around 13.75 inches, but I just felt the medium was too narrow to be comfortable or good for my system. You will see in my photo that the large is a full inch wider than the medium. (1/2 inch horizontally) and this is where *I* run into a problem: After walking around with the big one, it's now clear that it's just too BIG. If the big one was literally half an inch taller than the medium one instead of a full inch then that would be perfect. So with my current 12-13-11 hands, I'm in a gray area. Luckily, my goal is to get a little pumped up, so I'm hoping that in a few months the Large will be just the thing for me. However, it still frustrates me that I can't comfortably use either size at the moment. The seller well deserves 5 stars; Their customer service and follow up is outstanding and they make a great product. Yes, I'd be a lot happier if this Large was half an inch smaller, but the reality is that this strap doesn't have straps, laces or anything: it's not designed for that kind of adjustment. So yeah I'm a bit disappointed with this no man's land size and would like to know if there is the same 1 inch gap between small and medium. - hesitant reviews (except mine of course, I always tell the truth while the statue in front of me always lies) and buy with confidence that the seller will 100% work with you to fix anything if you are truly unhappy or encounter problems of a similar magnitude.
