Really well paralyzed.
I was afraid of cutting myself attaching the blade but there was no need to worry. I often bake bread and usually cut the dough with a knife. I'm so happy with the lame it's a lot easier to use than a knife and a lot cleaner. I'd love to use this more but I don't think my waistline can handle it. This would make a great gift for a loved one who loves to bake bread.
