I took this console already having PS4 Pro and Xbox One. Bought for portable use only. It took me 1 time to connect the console in stationary mode to see the Switch dashboard in 720p on my 4K, there was no such soap even on PS3. Never been a nintendo boy and buying the Switch didn't change my mind. Yes, the console has its own exclusives, but they are for an extremely narrow audience. Of all, only The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild entered - it is a masterpiece. The multiplatform is very weak, AAA projects can be counted on the fingers, and those that exist are ports of old games. The console is very behind in development from the rest of the market. The OS installed on the Switch can’t do anything except launch games, all that was added is Youtube - and that is a port of the old application from Android TV. There is no browser - at the same time, again, it is in a neutered form for device authorization from hot spots. There is no way to even connect AirPods. Ultimately, I passed Zelda and now the console is gathering dust on the shelf, because there is nothing to do with it. Nintendo's policy is at odds with the economic situation in the 2022. There are almost never any discounts, the price for AAA projects is always $60, indie games that are on other consoles are cheaper or free on iOS & Android here quietly cost $20-30. It turns out that Switch is the console of 1 game, to which nothing can be connected and there is nothing to do except play this one game. For Nintendo consoles, this is certainly a big leap forward, but for ordinary gamers it is clearly a toy for a couple of evenings. Perhaps by the end of the console's life cycle, a new Zelda will come out and I will play it again.
