Review on Proman Products WM17040 Entry Organizer by Yolanda Reed

This is a review of Revain and the manufacturer rather than the product itself. I really like the look of the organizer. Anyway, I received it 15 minutes ago and it's badly damaged on the bottom left latch. I noticed that the top latch, which was fine/undamaged, had two screws in the holes. The other two screws for the bottom latch were nowhere to be found. The little red pouch contained a few other screws and hanging hardware (but no bottom locking screws) and appeared to have been opened and then hand tied. As you can see from the photos, the paintwork/paint is badly damaged as before. bolted down, then dropped and chipped/broken off. 1-2 months ETA after receiving a replacement leaves me disappointed.
