The first problem is that the "receiver" is too tight. The outer diameter of the shell body is 8mm, but the inner diameter of the bushing is too small - I measure 7.8mm with vernier calipers. The workaround is to take a large flathead screwdriver, insert it into the slot between the two sides, and then twist it to pry the two sides apart. This requires 2 hands and some skill. I need to do this for both insert and delete. The second problem is that the lid hinges cannot be opened far enough. When the case is on a flat surface and the lid is fully open, the slightest wobble can cause the lid to slam shut. The workaround is to add 2 "legs" to the front (at the bottom of the case) to make the box tilt backwards a bit. Why workarounds? I don't understand why these problems didn't appear during the testing phase.
