The software can be set up pretty easily with any kind of HR needs in mind (biracial/cisgender, disability etc.). I've yet not come across anything that really irks me personally while using it other than perhaps there was something about looking at my search results I didn't like as someone who may look slightly ambiguous or transgender at times. There's nothing much I'm aware is missing so far. It has been working perfectly well since it started being used last year. All applicants are tracked through our website and then filtered by job title from their profile page once logged into the platform. The ease of use, the ability to create job descriptions and see resumes for open positions in real time and easily filter applicants by skill set required. It also allows me to track applications received, interview schedule, etc. There are some things I could have done better as far as functionality in the application process but it works well enough for me. I am able to keep up with my pipeline and make changes as needed when opportunities arise.
