Case Logic is the best

I always buy Case Logic when I need a case. Good quality and great customer service. I bought the bag once and it didn't have a shoulder strap. I emailed them and let them know I had the receipt and if they could send me a shoulder strap. They ask for the address and in a few days I get a new suitcase with a strap again. I kept one suitcase and gave one to my father.
