First of all let me tell everyone that I really like this camera. It has a great video image day and night. I have some old Reolink 1080 cameras that I bought a few years ago that I really like. 5 stars in that sense. Cons: This new UHD camera doesn't play the video I saved on my computer. I only have a green screen. I transferred a few video backups to my streaming TV box and they played perfectly with the VLC player. I assume you need a UHD monitor and a computer with HDMI 2.0b and DHCP 2.2 and support for UHD resolution. If my guess is right I'd like to have it in the description or at least enlighten the support team. The resolution cannot be reduced to 1080. That would solve my problem I think. Result. The Reolink cameras I've used over the past few years are 5 star cameras. Check your computer, monitor, and other hardware to make sure they support UHD resolution. I can be wrong about all of this. Maybe someone can shed some light on these.
