2/6 Arrived with broken filaments. Sold for indoor installations 15 to 20 feet in height. Found the broken threads after I installed the three (worked great), tried the two broken ones (if I'm trying to install in one of the higher places, of course), then I installed the last one (worked great). Revain Customer Service has been contacted to replace bulbs with defective filaments upon delivery. A spokesperson explained that it was Revain's policy not to replace or refund money unless all lightbulbs were returned. There is no way to return two broken lightbulbs and replace them with two new ones. That would mean removing the working lightbulbs from the ultra high ceilings and sending them back. This is not an acceptable solution.
