Review on Revamp Your Ride with HINSCR Umbrella Corporation Car Decals: Resident Evil Auto Body Stickers (Style I-black-19.7 in * 5.9 in) by Ali Mitchell

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A long and complicated app - but looks great

I really wanted to give this 5 stars but honestly I can't. I took off 1 star because ALL the letters started peeling off the protective film while peeling off the backing. I then have to subtract a 2nd star for good and the tedious microsurgery I had to perform to keep the quotes and partial letters that despite my best efforts still came off and my husband's commitment to putting an end to it with a protective film holding while I took it off very slowly, using tweezers to press the edges of each character back against the protective top film before tearing them off completely. But once the whole operation was completed, both stickers disappeared. on a fairly simple one. Luckily, the Umbrella graphic logo is an entirely separate decal and was even easier to place. Can't comment on stickiness or durability as I'm not sure at the moment. It stuck to me very well in places and I needed my husband to help free my fingers to keep the letters from wrinkling or tearing. I hope it holds onto my fingers after a few sticks. All in all, it wasn't a very pleasant application experience. But I'm happy with the end results. you have been warned Use with caution. ;) EDIT: December 9th, 2020 - Just wanted to add a performance update. I washed (by hand, I don't want to risk decals against machine wash brushes. They will surely scratch and possibly come off). There was no cracking, peeling, lifting or fading. The decals still look as good as the first day of application. Just so you know, due to the pandemic (I know it's ironic) since mid-April, my car has basically been sitting in my backyard driveway, covered only with a waterproof car cover. Before state and city stay-at-home orders, it was mostly parked on the street and opened in the bright, hot sun, as well as on a few rainy days. I still drive occasionally and on weekends for work. The decal adhesion is still very strong and firm. I'm starting to wonder if they will ever come loose! LAUGH OUT LOUD
