Coo. It looks like the engineer didn't think things through very well for this product. The bottom straps make no sense. You attach the velcro and they just float around because the bottom almost reaches your neck and of course there isn't much to hug. They had to be made smaller, or really try on a person? Did they fit snugly on someone's head? I doubt it because the bottom of the mask doesn't quite touch your chin and the top of the mask doesn't quite touch your forehead. Yes, I have the right size, it fits my face. It just doesn't work. I had to grab the bottom straps with a bobby pin and apply bandages from the top and bottom. In addition, the cold on the face feels good, but hardly lasts for about five minutes.
