artificial ingredients or sugar. After a lot of trial and error I settled on this and I LOVE the taste (raspberry-lemon). It's subtle but adds a hint of fruit flavor to whatever you put in it. I've added it to jasmine iced tea everyday, but both water and sparkling water would be great too. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet or overwhelming (but I used a little less than the recommended scoop size - I used about 3/4 of that scoop). I took off 1 star because the container it comes in is literally HALF empty when it arrives and it made me angry that the company wasted SO MUCH extra plastic just to make you think you were getting more product received than you actually have. . make. (How about being considerate of our environment and not wasting our resources?) Also, it made me extremely thirsty even though it didn't contain excessive amounts of salt. Hmmm. However, after I ordered it and really liked the taste, several doctors and keto experts later told me that consuming exogenous ketones actually hinders and slows down the weight loss and ketogenic benefits of ketosis because these artificial ketones are noticed and used by the body will do your own natural BEFORE it, and that's NOT good. You want your body to burn its own natural ketones as much as possible. Also, the ketone spike I got from consuming this powder (and all the others I've tried was only a tenth or so, and the spike only lasted an hour or two). Consuming ketones is NOT a substitute for your body being in its natural state of ketosis, and I really don't think these types of foods actually help your body reap the rewards of ketosis or weight loss. I kind of decided this was all a scam and we should stop wasting money on "quick fixes" like this that don't even really fix or help anything, it's a great scheme of things. There is now mounting evidence that these ketone-inducing powders and drinks are not suitable for keto or weight loss and are interfering with our body's natural ability to burn our own ketones. So I think this will be the last time that I buy such powders. But if you believe in it, then I think this one is no worse than any other, if not better.
