I'm glad I found her. I wear them when I go to bed to read and when I sleep. The compression tends to ease the pain in my hands. I find it easier to hold a Kindle or a book while reading. I sleep better because my hands don't hurt as much and I wake up without that annoying stiffness in my hands. Other compression gloves have seams on the inside, which causes me more pain. Isotoner got it right with stitching on the outside. These gloves are long enough to reach about mid-arm, which keeps my wrists warm and helps with carpal tunnel syndrome. This is really money well spent.
