Review on Powerful Eaglerich Portable Car Charger: 1500W DC 12V to AC 110V Inverter - Efficient Conversion & Reliable Power Supply by Kevin Campos

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Reduced basement unit, terrible support, expensive installation (really 850w continuous?)

I bought two of these "1500w" units to power small tools, charge batteries and very small space heaters to operate. Yes I said heaters but they are only 450/900 watts for a small area. I use them for wheeled camping and was hoping to use them from my RAM 3500 HD pickup when I was stocked with these inverters on my farm. The thing is, I had a HORRIBLE time with the listing and the seller. It took several weeks of messages and threats from Revain before I learned the truth. This inverter has a continuous output of 800-850W based on a maximum continuous input current of 75A* at the operating input voltage. * I have never received a direct response from the seller other than the number 75 amps at the end. Don't plan on installing those remotes from your batteries: My expected mileage of 20-25 feet costs over $400 in installation supplies, according to the local auto parts store last night. We must proceed according to "plan b" and "mount" the inverters next to the batteries. which probably means no permanent mount on my truck (too little space under the hood and too hot for the inverters). I was planning on installing them dry and with extra fans in a remote toolbox. No fun. It's probably better to run them at extremely low wattage using the cables provided, or just buy a generator instead.
