According to reviews from other customers, CASMAG slip-on shoes are 1 size larger. I usually wear a size 9M so I'm a size 8 which is similar to another brand's shoes in a similar style. The bulky shape of CASMAG makes it appear "more mature", while other brands appear "younger". But mature, I mean, the shape is less defined and a bit bulky, like what my grandfather wore. Other brands have flared soles and thinner uppers, as well as trendy colors and patterns. Even if CASMAG is a bit heavy. They feel comfortable, which is the main concern of any shoe. These shoes are easier to put on and take off. But sometimes the insole goes out 1/2, which is very annoying. The fabric is stretchy and the outsole is soft, but you still feel the contact with the ground. My big toenail seems to be sticking out on the right shoe, so my right foot is slightly forward for some reason, maybe because of the insole. The outsole actually has an interesting pattern. Overall the gray version I ordered goes great with my jeans and shorts with no socks.
