The suction floor is sometimes cool, but difficult to remove after vacuuming. I think that's the point but my baby is having a hard time picking it up. The lid is not super secure. The clear straw is removable for washing which is nice but my daughter lost it and we cannot find a replacement for this particular cup on the Zak website. We'll keep using it if we can think of something for the straw, but I wouldn't buy it again.
