The sweat-blocking/diverting strip in this thing works like you never imagined! I work in a steel mill. The temperature of the steel is 2300 degrees, and the temperature in the warehouse is rarely below 100 degrees, unless it's snowing. I wear this under my helmet, with goggles, and it works like hell. The only downsides are that it's not a fireproof material, so it's not technically allowed where I work, and the material is pretty slick and slippery, making it pretty difficult to keep my helmet in the right position without to tighten him too much. . I will be buying a dozen more to have on hand when they wear out from daily washing. I have a large bowler hat, size 7 3/4 and it fits great. it will fit any smaller size and will also fit a size 8 head. I bought a hat (no ties) and a pair of headbands (velcro) and they were all too small for me, let alone a 10 hour job Day. It fits well and is comfortable, and even if it leaves some marks on your head, it's no more so than any other rag, bandana, or cut rag on a t-shirt. One of the few products that works as advertised and I highly recommend it.
