The rubber on the back of my 2017 Escalade key (around the Cadillac badge) started bubbling and ended up peeling off which looked awful so I needed a case or something to store it. This one is quite expensive so I bought the cheaper one first. Well, it was a two-piece case meant to be an exact replica of the key, but I didn't realize it didn't have all six function keys until it was too late. There was no button that only opens the rear window. So every time I opened the trunk with the remote control, the glass panel also went up, and I didn't realize that until after I was already behind the wheel. Another thing is that it didn't recognize my key when I wanted to start the engine, so I kept opening it up for it to recognize and start. I haven't had a single problem with it. I love it. It is very thin and actually very attractive. I get compliments on that all the time. It has all six buttons and has never blocked reception from the remote control before starting the engine. Highly recommended!
