Easy to assemble.took me 10 minutes by myself with no issues. Yes you have to manipulate some of the connections but it’s cardboard. They still go together just fine. The directions were simple to follow. Was carrying it to its spot and one of my cats jumped right in and I had to shoo him out to keep moving it. They all love it and all 3 levels are constantly used. Seems plenty sturdy as I have a couple large crazy active boys who all fit in and on it. Yes a bit pricey but I don’t mind paying for something that’s going to be enjoyed. I’m actually thinking of getting another 1 or 2. My cats highly recommend it so 5 big stars from this family!
