My boy likes them very much. They love how soft they are. You'll want to wear them all the time! I was looking for something like silk thermal underwear (at least that's what we called them in the military) and it's a combination of silky on the outside and very soft fleece on the inside. The top of the leg is tight-fitting, loose, and the bottom is tighter, so you don't have to struggle to keep them down when dressing or keep them underneath when playing. The legs also have additional material along the length, but due to the closer fit to the floor, they don't drag across the floor. It takes a little extra work to get them up and running. I always have a waist problem as my kids are tall but very skinny. They usually need an adjustable waist to make it small enough or I need to do waist adjustments. Although they don't fit well around the waist they actually stay on the feet, they are comfortable for my kids and don't require any modifications. The top is also perfect for a loose, relaxed fit. Overall, this is the only part that really hugs my kids like their ankles, making them very comfortable. They retain that nice light layer of air that she needs to keep her warm. After washing, there are only tiny beads on the outside, but nothing, something, that a razor wouldn't take care of so easily. I'm so happy with it I've come back to buy more color options!
