I used the strip for 1 hour first and I can tell you it works really well. I waited about 4 days and did a second treatment and as expected my smile is much whiter and brighter. There was one side effect that lasted all day and that was tooth sensitivity (things like cold air and cold water would be a bit painful). 3 days have passed since the second treatment and the side effects have long since disappeared and my smile is beautiful and bright. I save the rest of the strips for a rainy day. I'm now switching to charcoal toothpaste as my primary bleaching agent. The product just works
