As with any teeth whitening product, there is tooth sensitivity. Brushing your teeth with Sensodyne and maybe just using strips once a week will solve this problem. Besides, these things are amazing. The photo I've attached was right before and right after one of the hour-long treatments. I highly recommend! I will definitely continue to use them as I will always have trouble with things that yellow my teeth (coffee, tea, wine etc.).

Maybe it works for some people but I've definitely learned the hard way that they do NOT work for me. Everything was fine the first few times, but soon I noticed some random white spots on my teeth. Then the sensitivity started. Now maybe 5 days post whitening the strips started tearing/tearing my gums between and just above my teeth. This is very painful. My whole mouth is inflamed, including the palate. And to top it off, I honestly can't say if it even whitens my teeth.

I used the strip for 1 hour first and I can tell you it works really well. I waited about 4 days and did a second treatment and as expected my smile is much whiter and brighter. There was one side effect that lasted all day and that was tooth sensitivity (things like cold air and cold water would be a bit painful). 3 days have passed since the second treatment and the side effects have long since disappeared and my smile is beautiful and bright. I save the rest of the strips for a rainy day…

IT PAIN SO MUCH! The pain starts 10 minutes after I apply the strips. Have you ever had a tooth pulled with numbness? I have made. And I felt that for half a second every time I was hurt. My teeth are not that yellow. So for those of you who aren't seriously concerned about the color of your teeth, it's not worth the pain. I took some Advil, hope it helps.
