Hello, I don't even normally write reviews! But this product made me so happy and satisfied that I did it too. And for anyone deciding if and how to use it, I'll answer your questions. Get this product first! These are my results after 10 days. Mind you, I haven't even used two 1 HOUR Express Strips yet! And I've already had amazing results. The only negative I experienced was when I used two whitening strips on the same day (which I probably shouldn't have done). I felt a burning sensation around my gums. When I removed the strips there was some white around the gums. BUT, the pain didn't last long. The next day everything was gone. A few tips: Do not use the strips immediately after brushing your teeth. You will feel more sensitive. And if you're absolutely sure of the need, brush your teeth without toothpaste and then pull them on. I brushed my teeth in the morning and applied the strips later in the afternoon and literally had almost no sensitivity. If you have sensitive teeth, try not to do this twice a day. Another thing to know is that wearing these strips for 30 minutes is going to be really annoying because of the build up of saliva lol. Do not worry! It will still work independently. Just turn on your favorite TV show and try your best to suck the spit. If some saliva has collected in the strip, press it with your finger and it should come out. My pack contains 24 strips. 1 each with 2 strips for upper and lower teeth. The shorter strip goes to your bottom. Easy to apply, holds up well. and even easier to train when you're done. Try your best not to put it on your gums. Make sure to cover all your teeth though! Don't worry about being skeptical. I also. But the results speak for themselves! When I see them side by side I can't believe how dirty my teeth are. Now I love my smile ❤️
