I bought this to stay dry and wear it over my breeches and armored jacket. I'm 5ft 8" and 145. I usually wear a medium or small but decided to go large. I was not disappointed. Yes, it was a bit big, but that's ok. I can sit on the bicycle seat without any problems. The pants sit quite high and with the straps under the legs everything stays in place. The sleeve is slightly long and is worn over armor. I have used this suit on 3 rainy days so far and no leaks so far so good! I've been using this suit for five rainy days now and it's leaking a bit in the squat area. I bet it's a bit split because I put my leg over the saddle. I'm sure I can fix that with tape. The seam in the squat area is thin and needs some reinforcement.
