I first bought the X21 and I love everything about it: great Bluetooth connectivity, great sound and amazing battery life. The buttons are soft and comfortable to use. Using the multifunction keys is very easy to learn. However, I bought it mainly as a durable FM radio to use when delivering parcels at work. Maybe it's where I live or there's another reason FM only picks up 3 FM stations, but most people don't buy this speaker for radio use. First I scanned (by pressing the triangle button) which collect and store the FM stations that reach them. But it didn't work for me and I was only able to get three stations. It's up to you to decide if it's important or not. Despite the issue with FM I have to say the customer service I received was AMAZING. Shane from Xeneo stayed in touch via email to help me find a possible solution to the wireless issue. When we couldn't find him he immediately helped me and sent a replacement which arrived two days later. I would definitely recommend this seller and product if you are looking for an amazingly durable bluetooth speaker. At least you know they care about you and will answer your questions / help you solve problems. FM can work for you, I've seen some reviews saying it works really well and got a lot of channels for them. Overall I'm glad I tried this speaker and I was so impressed with their customer service that I wished I could leave this review to let you know!
