This is a great addition if you can afford it.
I like the feel of the camera in the battery grip. The grip is much deeper than the X-T3 battery grip and of course the battery life is doubled. It also adds a headphone jack and function buttons for portrait mode recording. The only downside I can think of is the price which is way too high considering there are no batteries included. I can recommend taking regular batteries to save money.
