I made the mistake of reading the reviews before buying (ironically I'm posting my own now). I saw lots of pictures of what people got and was very optimistic that the description was wrong (no headphones, factory box, factory cables/chargers). I WAS WRONG. If you are reading this review, you should know that the device is most likely working and scratch-free. However, don't base your expectations solely on reviews. Define your expectations based on the description of what you will receive and if the seller exceeds your expectations, great! Overall I'm happy with my S10+, but I would lower my expectations after reading the description of what I bought. my fault
