The rubberized finish is great
I bought this product because it matches our bathroom and because it is one piece. There is no metal, so nothing will rust. I dropped it, but the rubber coating prevented damage and made minimal noise. Practice with different angles to get the driest cut. We still use a towel to dry the remaining drops. One star deducted because I wish there was a hole in the handle so you can hang it on the water handle with a ribbon or strap. I didn't want to use the rubber bracket that goes over the glass door. I use a hand held shower holder.
