Ok I don't see how it can be more than one star. This is a terrible dog sweater. I measured my Morkie and the little one should fit. The neck hole is huge. Made only for dogs with large footprints. And then there's the problem with the lake where you put food in, but there's only an inch of material to hold their paws. My dog just slid his whole body out through the opening in his neck. I tried pinning her neck up to make her look smaller but she just couldn't stay in the sweater. I had to return it.
