I bought this product for our overweight cats a year ago. A person often has a UTI and wants to lick there etc. But it turned out to be too big for her. But now we have a GSD pup and she's itchy in there and I've pulled this out of my secret box and it's working like a real champ. The only problem is that 3 weeks ago she was 6 pounds and now she is 16 pounds. The groceries have become small or my puppy has suddenly become very large. It has room for adjustment, but the collar will be short. But my exuberant pup who hates the harness spent his childhood with this collar with no problem. It actually helped her perk up one of her ears a bit. A good product.
