Review on 🏷️ Efficient Label Making with Epson LabelWorks LW-300 (C51CB69010): A Comprehensive Review by Nick Moody

Great product but consider Gillette razors

This is a really cheap but very good product. However, labels are expensive. My labels average 3 to 4 inches, so you get 50 to 80 labels per 17ft cartridge (if I counted correctly). Old Gillette almost gave away razors to sell the blades for a good profit. Unfortunately I cannot shave with this Epson. When I bought my LW-300 I had an application in mind: I wanted to mark the spines of some 13" x 19" sheets and I wanted the letters to be vertical on the tape as it runs down the back . None of the tag manufacturer descriptions I read on Revain (for models under $100) mentioned this possibility. I came across a photo attached to this product showing the directional print I wanted. When the LW-300 arrived I was blown away by how durable it felt and how many fonts, sizes, weights, spacing, etc. it offered. I don't need all of these features, but I tried them and everything works as advertised. It's a pretty amazing little machine. If it is not clear from the description, batteries (6 AAA) are not included; There is no power adapter that can be ordered separately. I think it's still a bargain at this price. The tape cutter is a large knob on the side of the machine. Given that it takes 7-15 seconds to print a 3-4 inch label, the extra time for manual cutting, maybe a second, doesn't matter. It can store a few dozen favorite tags in its memory, but I don't think that matters to most people. It's important to me that the last label you printed (or the text you edited) stays in place when you turn the device back on. So if consecutive labels look very similar, they should be edited to show the next one and not re-entered. I have no idea if the LW-300 is fast enough for high end use as this is my first label printer. Probably no. But it's great for home or small business use. Epson offers many different label colors, e.g. B. Black on white and gold on clear. If they're hard to find, visit the Epson website where you can buy them directly. For me, shipping was free, no taxes, and prices were competitive. In addition, they offer many color combinations that were not available anywhere else.
