We are very happy with this device for 45 days but for some strange reason the battery can't hold a charge anymore. When plugged in, only one light flashes, indicating <25% charge. And it stays that way no matter how long it's online. And when I say "can't hold a charge," I mean it can't hold a charge for a second. If we pull the plug out of the socket, the Echo Show turns off. The charging connector in the device would sometimes get stuck, and we're not sure if this affected performance. Unfortunately, the return period has expired and we live abroad. However, this product was so good that we are willing to spend more than $30 to get a new one.
