Not bad for its price. Some functions are accurate, others are not.

The heart rate monitor is comparable to a brand heart rate monitor. The sleep monitor comes very close to my actual sleep time. Some features are good. Aside from the sphygmomanometer not being accurate, the readings are a far cry from a medical sphygmomanometer. The dial glass is not perfectly flat.
