I really like that they have one of the cheapest shared plans in their respective market range, so you can easily start with something small without worrying about getting over your budget! It's also good to see support tickets answered within 24 hours compared to other companies where it takes much longer for them reply back or don't answer at all - which ends up resulting an email being ignored by just going unanswered (if not closed).
Their price points are very affordable too; there was nothing specific i disliked from my experience using this service when working remotely during Covid19 lockdown days here in Australia.. But maybe if its possible could be more flexible regarding time zones? Like only 8am-8pm local Australian timezone would do great instead having 12 hour difference between us & India team members. We're looking into moving our servers offshore due to cost concerns but before doing anything we wanted some comparison against pricing/benefits offered elsewhere such.
