Good-In lining is soft to the touch. Bad-Outside was like cheap sweatshirt material. The fluffy lining left lint on the jacket, inner pockets, etc. The shape was good. Ugly - this jacket is not what I would call an attractive jacket. It's functional. Utilitarian. That keeps you warm.
