I just started drawing. I'm by no means an expert, but I've tried to learn some basics. I've drawn a lot using apps on my iPad and tablets, but there's something about pencil and paper that really draws the caveman in me. There is nothing better than writing on the wall of this cave. I can't say if there are better pens out there, I'm sure if you search you can find great pens at a lower price. But with the KINGART brand, you save yourself from trying different pencils hoping to find good quality at a low price. With KINGART pencils, you KNOW you're getting quality, even if you're paying for it. But my grandfather always said he was too poor to buy cheap stuff because you end up buying cheap stuff and then later you have to buy good stuff to get the job done, so you pay double. I would recommend these pens to anyone who is serious about art and drawing. I wouldn't recommend them for school kids or young kids who don't need such an expensive pencil, not even for drawing - of course your income level will decide what's appropriate for you. I uploaded a small drawing I made with pencils. first and then paint with a pen. As I said, I'm no pro, but this gives you an idea of what can be done with pencils.
