Update: The product seems to be even more problematic than what I originally stated in the original post/review. Since the Bluetooth "connection experience" was not enough to connect/reconnect to different tablets, we decided to just disconnect the Bluetooth connection and use a 3.5mm stereo cable. But after 90 days the cable failed. So we contacted Amazon and they referred us to a supplier. We have contacted the seller but have not received any support/response. December 27, 2020: I do not recommend buying from this seller and definitely not buying this product at the current price. We were happy about BlueTooth headsets for our girls. We wanted something that FITS and gives them mobility. We thought $50 was a steep price for a kids' headset, but were willing to pay more to get a good fit and ease of use. When they arrived I was a bit disappointed with the quality. Not comparable in design to $40 adult Bluetooth headsets. But then again, I figured I'd pay for "Fit" and "Usability" and hoped I'd be happy if I got a year for each, assuming my girls could easily connect between home PCs and computers /separate. /or tablet. We're only getting worse :0) Most importantly, there is no "verbal" feedback on the state of the headset. Instead, there's a sequence of tones (up/down frequencies) that should tell you what the headset is doing. Therefore, it is difficult for a child to know whether to connect or disconnect from the device. Equally important, it is impossible to determine the current state of the device without turning the power on or off. 1) There is no documentation. There is no explanation for using the Volume+/Next Previous rotary switch. Only this one control is used for 6 purposes. 3) The paired headset does not always reconnect when the button is pressed while it is already on. (This even happens with Windows 10 with the latest patches). In this case, the device must be switched off and on again to reestablish the connection. This is problematic for the child as they do not necessarily know how to troubleshoot the device. The positives: It fits my kids perfectly, practical sharing connection and good sound. Too bad they didn't develop a "user experience" for Bluetooth operation (connect/reconnect after successful pairing). I will be returning one of the two pairs as I hope to teach my older child to 'fix' this device's inconsistent behavior. I'm buying wired baby headsets ($15 each) for my two youngest children and will wait for another vendor to fix the "kids bluetooth" headset implementation.
