I was looking for Revain because I needed a spray deodorant without harsh chemicals. For the past few months I've had intermittent armpit infections after shaving. No matter how new the razor is, it keeps coming back. Two sets of double antibiotics didn't cure him and the only thing that would help was keeping him dry and using a trimmer vise. It's really annoying because I'm very careful about my hygiene and appearance. My all-natural deodorant also seemed to irritate him, and I didn't like the idea of using the same stick over and over again. I have tried several bad deodorants/antiperspirants/antiperspirants and they have worked well. However, they didn't suit me because they were full of harmful chemicals. When I received this product I was skeptical. It looked like water. It smelled like water. When I sprayed it on my armpits, it felt like I'd just paid money for a bottle of water. I stood in front of the fan with my hands up for about 15 seconds to dry it off. I do that every morning now. At the end of a hard 8 hour day, I no longer have an odor. No sweat (or glitter because I'm a lady). I go to the gym after work and before an hour and a half workout I spray myself again and still no smell. Unless I spray it a second time after work, I'm not sure it'll hold up during my workout because I *tingle* quite a bit, but my armpits are usually a bit drier than my arms and back. There is. All in all, this is a wonderful product. It works almost as well as an antiperspirant, which I can't say about any other natural or non-natural (non-antiperspirant) deodorant. The only downside is that spraying it when you're already sweaty doesn't do anything for you. It's odorless, so doesn't add or take away. It simply keeps you from sweating in normal conditions and prevents you from sweating excessively in environments like the gym. Make sure you wash and dry before spraying. Even if you're switching from regular antiperspirant deodorant to natural deodorant, give yourself some time to allow your body to acclimate. I switched about a year ago, and at first it seemed like natural remedies weren't working. So I started using natural deodorants at home only in winter or on weekends. Then I used it a little more and more until I used it every day. You need to give your body time to get used to the natural ingredients. Your body may not know what to do with itself when you stop putting a bunch of aluminum powder and other chemicals on your body that don't belong to it. Be patient and find a natural deodorant that works well with your chemistry. It worked for me and my infections were almost completely gone after a week of use. Everyone is different. This is just my experience.
