When ordering I was expecting the leather to be thin, shiny and thin as is usually the case with similarly priced products. To my surprise, the strap actually seems quite thick and durable. The leather doesn't feel premium (as you would expect) but as long as it holds up over time I have no complaints at this price point. A leather punch for extra holes is included, which I consider a notable benefit of this belt for those concerned about size. If you are looking for an inexpensive belt with a solid construction that looks good, I recommend this one.
