Review on FOXSEON Multifunctional Butterfly Support Airplane by Sabrina White

Ordered this in January for travel and extra neck support when I had a tear that wouldn't go away. So I used it pretty quickly - much better grip than the turtle I replaced (it held up really well until it was used as a puppy chew toy for Christmas. ;) ) The first design of this was a cool butterfly stand and a scarf, but the scarf was attached to a metal buckle. This buckle is bent. It broke during use. So they forced me to order another one and try it - same thing happened - and the third one was sent free. The same thing happened. Overall I really liked it, but the metal kept breaking, limiting its usefulness. This week I received a package with a surprise: a new one with a new design without a metal clasp! I haven't worn it much yet, but the butterfly support feels just as good as the scarf - and it feels absolutely more secure. So I'm very happy with both the new design and the service that remembered me and sent a new one to test! :)
