I was so happy to get this chair. It looked great and was on sale on its best day. Instead of paying the full price of $310 I would have bought it for $127 which seemed like a lot for a beautiful chair! The package arrived in 2 days and I was happy to pick it up. As I pulled it out of the box, I realized how cheaply made this chair was. The clips that came out of the chair upholstery, the plastic for the armrests and the base were scratched showing the black plastic under the paint. The hands are unthreaded and won't allow me to screw in. So it's rough. Overall pretty rough for a chair that typically costs $310. You'd think the craftsmanship would be higher at the price. I don't exactly hate it, it's quite comfortable despite sitting at a slight angle. I hate giving things back and dealing with all this mess so I keep it to myself. I really like the effect of the springs for tilting back. It's really smooth and you don't have to put much effort into it. All right, bye.
