This is the first of about 10 different types of Bluetooth devices that I have owned that have really exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is amazing. I LOVE the fact that it lets me navigate and use my phone. From sending emails, texts and messages to reading received messages. I really like this Bluetooth device. Thank you for developing an exceptional product. I recommend and buy this product to all non-believers to prove my point. Thank you not only for your exceptional product but also for your excellent response time with customers. I will never buy another bluetooth if it is not available from you. I would like an additional feature, namely the announcement of the caller's name, not just the number. I don't know all my contact numbers so it would be nice to include a name.
