My first hub wasn't working properly. The company contacted me and was very helpful. They sent me a new hub for free with no return shipping required. This new one came quickly and works very well. The only negative, and it doesn't matter, is that if I close and reopen my laptop, I have to unplug and plug the hub back in to charge it again. It's a habit, not a hindrance. The great thing about this hub is that you can charge multiple items at the same time. I previously bought a hub from Best Buy for about $85. The problem was that the power input and output were on the same side of the hub, making it awkward having all the cables crossing each other. UPDATE: February 12th. I've been trying to use this hub for over a month. It annoys me to no end that if I close my laptop for a while (or overnight) and come back later it won't charge. I have to remember to disconnect and reconnect the hub for the power cord. I usually forget and suddenly wonder why my battery is 45% or less. Too late for a refund... I gave up and went back to my best buy.
