Great Purchase - Perfect Payment

Received this in the mail today. The first thing that struck me was the color. I have a rose gold 12" MacBook. Based on the pictures I didn't think the color really matched my computer but the color matched perfectly. I connected it to my computer and then the charger, keyboard and wireless mouse plugged into the device (although it only uses three outlets, I tested all four) and everything works great, I noticed that some reviews mentioned that the charging aspect wouldn't work to workโ€ฆ

Great accessory and support

Purchased for my wife to connect her iPod to her new 2017 MacBook which I am planning to give her for Christmas. When connected to a MacBook, it did not charge. I contacted the seller and within a day received an email with a request. Explained the problem and sent a photo showing there was no through current as expected. The seller quickly sent a replacement, and I just liked this work in advertising. Now my wife can charge her rose gold MacBook, iPhone and iPad with this small portable USB-Cโ€ฆ

Don't buy this one. Nice but doesn't work well.

My first hub wasn't working properly. The company contacted me and was very helpful. They sent me a new hub for free with no return shipping required. This new one came quickly and works very well. The only negative, and it doesn't matter, is that if I close and reopen my laptop, I have to unplug and plug the hub back in to charge it again. It's a habit, not a hindrance. The great thing about this hub is that you can charge multiple items at the same time. I previously bought a hub from Bestโ€ฆ

but since the genius at Apple decided it would make sense to ditch the USB port in favor of one.

Unfortunately it doesn't work very well even though it's only been a few months. When I plug it into my computer and plug the computer's power cord into it, it barely charges the iPhone 7 Plus. If the device requires power, like an external drive, it won't work very well and you may forget to charge your iPad while using the dongle and computer. It's a good looking product, great idea but in this case I regret buying it. a USB port in favor of a new charging connector in a different formโ€ฆ
