Doesn’t look anything like photos

The product isn’t anything like the pictures. I got a 5/8 (16mm) and the edge of the gauges are folded instead of being a smooth curve over your ear. Super uncomfortable and quite frankly ugly, as I was looking for the sleek look you usually get with silicone tunnels .
